Injection music
I don't know if you ever have heard the injection music of Mission Impossible II movie, by Hans Zimmer, well every time I listen to it, I makes me cry..as if it takes me away from every thing but at the same time reminds me of all the unhappiness in this life...just like to listen to it over and over...I love the background music, like a dream but at the same time a nightmare...

what do you do when the best thing that has happened to you is heading down?do you try to stop the down fall?or do you let it go and say that well if its meant to be it won't go anywhere and everything will be as rosy as always?

Democracy!!
every day that I go to these different group meetings that I am invovled with I learn something new..I think some of these are applicable in larger scale like governing a country..it seems that people who are more talkative get most of the votes regardless of the fact if they were saying irrelevant stuff or not..Apparently there is democracy but in practice only one or two people do most of the things and it is said later on that if we had waited for the rest of the team the opportunity would have been gone..The fact that we have to play fair in a team is very important..regardless of the nationalities of the groups whether they are Iranian groups or not, since I go to both of them, the spirit of team work some times disappears, now I think if you keep the team members excited about what they are doing then there would be more cooperation. Its an emotional subject..if you don't allow people to be part of the game, then you should not expect that you are going to get help from them..shutting people out from conversations are least appreciated and not the way to a democratic organization.

pharmaceutical plant tour
well yesterday I went to a one of the famous pharmaceutical plant tours:)the major exciting things about it was the fact that you had to wear white lab coats, hair net and foot covers!!other than that the process is very simple..fist they mix stuff with mixers and blenders then they dry it and then they press it and pass it through the dedusters and metal detector and off it goes for packaging;)well that was the interesting part!!it was so automized and fast..it was the most interesting part of the tour:)..the fact that the design was smart was the high light..
I have been to another one of these plants before and the are not really different from each other..may be the scale..but still compare to oil and gas or even pulp and paper, the size is like a kitchen;)
